Restatement Services

Integral Financial Group was retained to assist in the review of the Company’s historical revenue recognition policies. The Company was unable to file financial statements for 2005 and 2006 due to revenue recognition issues related to long-term professional services contracts. IFG was tasked with reviewing the revenue recognition policies and the application of these policies to individual services contracts. From the period of early 2006 through 2007, the Company successfully restated their 2005 and 2006 fiscal year results.

IFG was also engaged to help the Company build the Program Control Organization (PCO), which was established to implement stronger controls over revenue recognition related to professional services contracts. We assisted in successfully building and transitioning the PCO to a strong employee base who was integrally involved in the successful timely completion of the 2008 Form 10-K.
